Submit your assets After checkout, send: • Your banner creative (PNG or JPG) in the exact size you purchased • Your destination link (website, landing page, release link, signup form, etc.) • Your preferred start date (or “ASAP”) • (Optional) A UTM-tagged link for tracking in your own analytics
Alignment review + QA We review every placement to protect audience trust, then we test your link and confirm the creative displays correctly.
Your ad goes live We launch your placement on NovelistMusicGroup.com (and eligible NMG ecosystem placements when relevant), then confirm it’s live.
Reporting / “Data Pull” For placements that include a data pull, we provide a simple click summary for the campaign window. For deeper tracking on your side, we recommend using UTMs.

What exactly am I purchasing? You’re purchasing a curated ad placement on the NMG ecosystem—your creative displayed in the location/size you select, with a clickable link to your destination.
Where will my ad appear? Your ad runs on NovelistMusicGroup.com. Depending on the placement type and campaign fit, it may also be eligible for rotation across select NMG ecosystem properties (ex: SquadPaper.com, NovelistLab.com).
What banner sizes do you accept? We accept the sizes listed in the placement options: • Header: 728×90 • Sidebar: 300×200 • In‑Article: 300×300 Need a different size? Reach out before purchase so we can confirm availability.
What file types do you accept? PNG or JPG is preferred (clean, fast-loading, and consistent across browsers/devices). If you have a special format request, contact us before purchase.
What can I link to? You can link to a website, landing page, email signup, product page, event page, or music release—anything safe and relevant to the NMG audience.
Can I track performance? Yes. You can: • Use a UTM-tagged link to track traffic in Google Analytics (recommended) • Receive a basic click summary when “data pull” is included with your placement
Do you guarantee clicks, sales, or streams? No. We don’t sell guarantees—we sell placement and alignment. Performance depends on your offer, creative, landing page, and timing.
When does my ad go live, and how long does it run? Launch timing starts after we receive your final assets and approve them. Any fixed-duration placements will be labeled (example: “30 days”). If your option doesn’t list a duration, we’ll confirm the run window in your launch confirmation.
Can I swap creative during the run? Usually yes, as scheduling allows. If you know you’ll need a mid-campaign update (launch day → post-launch offer, etc.), include that note when submitting assets.
Are there content restrictions? Yes. We reject or request edits for anything misleading, unsafe, hateful, illegal, overly explicit, or misaligned with the community. We keep the ecosystem curated on purpose.
What happens if my creative doesn’t meet the specs? We’ll ask for a corrected file (or minor adjustments). If you need design help, we can point you to a quick solution so you don’t lose your launch window.
Do you offer exclusivity? Not by default. If you need category exclusivity for a window (ex: only studio brand running that week), request it before purchase to confirm availability and pricing.
